ClimateMaster geothermal heating and cooling systems are eligible for a recently implemented federal tax credit enabling homeowners to deduct 30% of the total geothermal system installation cost from their tax liability or tax due. The Residential Energy Efficient Property Tax Credits (Section 1122) program is part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. These nonrefundable federal energy tax credits are allocated to support homeowners in the purchase of qualified residential alternative energy equipment such as geothermal heat pumps.
Click on our brochure to the right to access a detailed explanation regarding the tax credits and the benefits they provide to alternative energy homeowners. It’ll show how much you can save on the installation of a new ClimateMaster geothermal system.
